Since becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2020, I've honed my expertise in serving the CrossFit, Weightlifting, and Strength Training communities. My background with both coaching and competing in CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting, fuels my commitment to athletes across all spectrums of strength training.
Having sustained an ACL tear that ended my collegiate lacrosse career, I understand the complexity of physical and psychological challenges that accompany injuries. I felt my treatment received was inadequate for the demands of higher level activity. Through participation in CrossFit, strength training, and Weightlifting, I reclaimed a life of boundless athletic potential. This personal experience fueled determination to provide ALL individuals the highest level of care and support.
